Our Stance on AI

People first. Technology is made for people, not people for technology...

Technology is advancing rapidly, and its link to declining mental health is well-documented in clinical studies and personal experience. Humans are wired for connection, yet our pursuit of comfort and convenience has pulled us away from genuine community. Human relationship is like a wilderness meant to be experienced shoulder-to-shoulder and face-to-face.

In our modern world, AI is the latest step in this shift. While it has potential benefits for the workplace, at Hauskaa, we approach it with extreme caution. We aim to approach AI in all forms with wisdom, humility, and care, especially when the promises it brings have hidden consequences to human worth, dignity, honor and flourishing.

AI is evolving in ways that threaten millions of jobs, enriching a few while displacing many. No profession is exempt—AI therapists, psychiatrists, and medical providers already exist in some markets.

At Hauskaa, we are committed to never replacing people with machines. We will always prioritize people over profit, hiring humans rather than outsourcing to AI. If we use AI tools, it will only support staff with repetitive administrative tasks—not to increase workloads or efficiency quotas. We honor the dignity of our team and believe technology should never compromise that.
