Elliott Koivisto
Charles Robinson
PMHNP - BC
“I am deeply passionate about mental health and am honored to be a part of your journey.” Elliott is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Oregon and Washington and certified by the ANCC. He earned his MSN from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where he also teaches as adjunct faculty. With clinical experience in psychiatry, oncology, neurology, and more at OHSU, Elliott offers a well-rounded, compassionate approach to care. He has also volunteered internationally, including work with Syrian refugees. An Oregon native, Elliott enjoys running, gardening, traveling, and roasting his own coffee beans.

“I believe that together we can achieve transformation through the art and science of psychiatry, and that there is hope even in challenging times.” Charles is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Oregon, with a Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care, integrating medication management with practical strategies to help individuals build resilience and thrive. With experience in inpatient psychiatry, home health, and hospice, Charles offers human-centered support. His interests include ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and evidence-based testing. Charles values faith, purpose, connection, and enjoys traveling with his family and exploring new cultures.

Marisa Arana
DNP, PMHNP - BC
“I am devoted to providing care that is grounded in science while honoring each person’s unique experience and never losing sight of the individual behind the symptoms.” Marisa Arana, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Oregon. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Oregon Health & Science University. Marisa practices from a holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative framework, integrating clinical rigor with genuine compassion. She is committed to creating a therapeutic space where patients feel respected, empowered, and actively engaged in their care. Outside of her clinical work, Marisa enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, engaging with art in its many forms, sharing life with her two dogs, and finding meaning and magic in everyday moments.

Nkhondo Nkunika
MSN, MPH, PMHNP - BC
Nkhondo Nkunika, MSN, MPH, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credentialed through the ANCC. He is licensed in Oregon and Washington and has experience providing psychiatric care in inpatient and outpatient settings. He earned his MSN from Eastern Kentucky University. Nkhondo believes in building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in respect, empathy, and collaboration. “I believe mental health care works best when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment journey.” Outside of his professional work, he enjoys traveling and sports.

Kat Foley
LPC
"Taking the step to invest in your healing is a powerful choice—and you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy sessions can be a trauma-informed and client-centered space to help you move toward a greater sense of balance and well-being." Kat Foley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in Oregon, Washington and Colorado. She has a Masters of Arts in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver. She has experience working with youth, adults, and family systems in outpatient and low-resource settings and is interested in whole-person integrated care. Kat draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative arts methods. Kat enjoys hiking, being outside and near water, live music, and celebrating beauty in the world every day.

Natalie Duca
LPC
Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon, with experience in correctional facilities, schools, community mental health, and private practice. She offers a compassionate, person-centered approach rooted in the belief that people have an innate capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. Natalie is especially passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD and helping clients navigate life with greater clarity and confidence. Her work is grounded in respect, authenticity, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are.

Billing Specialist
Having over 25 years experience in the medical field, Amy contributes great insight into the workings of insurance billing. She strives to make sure insurance claims are handled quickly and accurately so the patient’s are getting the coverage they are due. Having worked for Doctors in general surgery, internal medicine and primary care Amy is well versed in navigating the sometimes complicated world of medical insurance.

Office Admin
Brittany brings a diverse background in healthcare, with experience spanning memory care, residential treatment, and clinical research. She is currently pursuing her education to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), reflecting her ongoing commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of others. As a knowledgeable and dependable member of the team, she plays an integral role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing exceptional support to both patients and colleagues. Her passion for helping others, combined with her strong organizational skills and positive attitude, makes her an invaluable part of the practice. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys practicing Taekwondo, staying active at the gym, spending time with friends, and dedicating time to her studies.

Mallorey
Office Admin
Mallorey Hunt brings more than ten years of customer service experience and over three years of expertise in medical reception and healthcare administration. She is passionate about helping patients navigate the often-confusing world of health insurance and is dedicated to making every interaction as smooth, supportive, and stress-free as possible. She believes that kindness, clear communication, and genuine compassion can make a meaningful difference in a patient's healthcare experience. Whether she's answering questions, assisting with insurance, or helping patients feel comfortable from their very first interaction, Mallorey is committed to ensuring everyone feels welcomed, heard, and cared for. Outside of the office, Mallorey enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.
